No worker shortage Belleville Ontario

Description of the video:

f you plan a #welfarestate but don’t plan a #Workers State. Then you only end up with a strong welfare state. That is what is happening to #belleville & #QuinteWest.

#Liberal style #Socialism should be the Social Democratic theory of Economic Expansion. How do we achieve meeting the needs? While also incorporating a model of working to prosperity.

The fridge & food metaphor: I am using this to explain how uncontrolled rent & rising costs to live are interdependent to a work to prosperity Economic model. If the work for the Prosperity model dies, then with it dies the culture of ambitious workers. You just have people concerned with owning the means of production. Nobody will want to support it. Think of it as highly volatile and overly idealistic capitalism.

Needs in Belleville and Quinte West

There is no worker shortage. Just an entirely lacking work to prosperity Economic model.

3 problems with scheduling your content creation on Social Media & Blogging.

Like Ashton Deroy’s page on Facebook

Hey guys, so I have been hearing about the benefits of Content scheduling as well as Hootesuite since my first year of college ever. I personally am not thrilled about the standardization of the practice from a U/X experience. Where we think we’ve found efficiency as Marketers? We may of actually just found lamely executed shortcuts.

I am an anti-Marketer but a firm believer in interpersonal sales & service.

Here are the problems with trying to use the standardized approach to content creation and content promotion:

  1. Lost in the crowd of Notifications – I Subscribe to a lot of content creators on YouTube. Around 11:00a.m. Thursday the 14th of May. My phone was lit up with notifications over uploads of scheduled posts. Creatively speaking, It sends the user in 100 different YouTube directions with no focus. Mostly I end up clearing my notifications because it comes at me like hot spam.
  2. It makes the content seem meaningless – Personal curation of content is an underrated concept. This blog is doing it’s best because we manage personal relationships with our readers, clients & stakeholders.
  3. The same failure of TV is a failure of the web – Standardized scheduling for content will be the sure way to become ignored as overly corporate. I personally prefer a dignified marketing & sales approach with engaging and interpersonal content management strategies. A lot of the time when writing a blog I ask myself. What do my readers care about? Radio hosts use the same logic for engaging radio shows. What do our listeners care about? How can we meet them where they are. Rather than make communication convenient for us the content creator.

Why my websites don’t suck?!

Reading recommendation:

The subtle art of not giving a fuck title

Believe it or not, this book will have a key element in my website’s Branding strategy. I just do not give a F*ck!

Okay so my websites clearly use https://logomakr.com/ for graphics, but I never claimed to be a Graphic Designer.

Okay, so the Social Media content isn’t consistent. I never claimed that my theories found that essential.

What have I claimed to be? Community Manager, Customer service representative, A Salesperson, a Writer, a Socialist, Social Reformer, Liberal Socialist, a content writer & A Business Planner.

That is the first reason why my website doesn’t suck. Yeah I am not some amazing artist (I have done art I am proud of.) I am engaging and I do write provocatively.

The second reason my websites don’t suck!

We get most of our traffic from our Belleville Ontario tag! Meaning I know I am inspiring and engaging with bright Community College minds like me, my Uncle & my brother. I think Community values are the biggest benefit of Socialism. We hold deep value for friendly, equal & civil societies.

The last reason my websites don’t suck!

I have been doing a try & fail applied experimental approach to my website. It takes a while to find your style but we are finally getting into our niche. Yes, we generate more conversations than we do revenue, however, I am building a community I am truly learning to care for. Hence the reason I got Suicide Prevention training. We had a reader express Suicidal thoughts and I felt unprepared. Now if a reader does that I am trained to transfer her to a professional who can stop their family from experiencing incredible grief.

So sue me! I have a relationship with my readers and I am not a creative lifestyle brand! My Websites don’t suck. Want to upset someone greatly? Make them feel like crap about something they worked really hard on. Just remember human beings are prone to the human responses of emotional volatility. Working at Fido in Customer service in 2019 taught me that much.

5 Years later… Dialogue on StarTek in Kingston Ontario.

Malicious intent

Ashton Deroy Writes:

Notice of edit by Re-branding: We no longer have a record of the original Blog post after editing it. This blog is being edited to be more pleasurable to the self-perception of the writer. Meaning that Ashton Deroy wants to convey a more professional & Socialist image. As a result, we are seeking to make blogs have depth rather than be the manifestation of a child’s temper tantrum. Which is a way I am comfortable describing the prior format to this blog post. In this blog, I do admit to developing suicidal ideation in my time working for StarTek. I believe that should be a statement on my mental capacity at the time of the very original version of this article and in relation to my feelings to this job. As you will read though I am working on taking massive steps to be more responsible without responding to legal intervention. Thankfully as of late, I have been granted a lot of freedom as a mental health blogger which has helped me calm down and accept past grievances.

Even After 5 years later & a return to Kingston Ontario. I still have a bad taste in my mouth when people mention my ex-employer StarTek. I mean I don’t know why? They were so “perfect” to me.

Listen the original to this article was a lot more abrasive but I am doing some image consideration at this time. This makes me think that as an ethical pursuit and also with the intention of seeking professional gains in the future and not harming a company. I will re-write this in the tone of a snappy ex-employee. Rather than a lunatic ranting over a bong which was how it was originally written.

To put this in Sustainable Business terms. This company is the definition of a Single bottom line company. There is no living wage, schedule consideration & their approach to mental health is laughable considering the damages they do to people’s lives.  Yes, I hold them accountable for some unnecessary sacrifices by employees.

No living wage: The living wage at the time this in Kingston Ontario is $17.57.  What is the hurt here? The hurt is the fact is a job like this puts people behind. Behind on retirement, behind on debts & behind on life experiences. The wage would be excusable in exchange for practical scheduling.

Average salary

Scheduling: The bottom line on schedules is that families come FIRST!  To do anything otherwise is to violate the standards for civil society.  That is it… That is all. Not controversial, actually it was a Conservative value when I was a kid.

Mental Health: I told multiple staff members are StarTek that I was having suicidal ideation. There was no attempt at handling it. All call center mental health intervention attempts to this point have been laughable even by reasonable person’s standards.

There this is just the subject matter related to the perception of the events at time this blog is written about. Which would be the time I worked for StarTek after graduating St. Lawrence college some time ago.

3 reasons why Business people shouldn’t run the economy?

Ashton Deroy writes: This is blog going to be absolutely nuts. Someone with a Business diploma from Loyalist College is going to actually explain to you why we shouldn’t run the economy. This is straight out of crazy town. Except what will be said? Is totally & completely true.

Now yes this blog is a Socialist platform written by an autistic blogger. Yes we constantly argue the evils of the currents status of private ownership. It is hard to believe I came to this conclusion while taking a Business Diploma in college. Yet here it is. I don’t think just because you own something that it should mean you own people.

Here are my reasons I don’t think Business people should run our economy. For the purposes of this article we will use economy and society interchangeably. That is because the management of the economy directly correlates with the management of society. Economics in relation to Social Politics should be taught as one course. They are not separate topics at all!

  1. Single Bottom lines – Otherwise known as profits over planet and profits over people. Business people are made to put their own gains first. At the expense of everyone else! This is why 44% of jobs in Ontario earn minimum wage. Why is the economy failing? Largely this reason. We can’t run a people last economy otherwise people will not want to participate and society will indeed fall apart.  Companies will sacrifice life & limb just to report high profits. As a result the individual income has taken a huge blow and society is on a downward path.
  2. Greed is good logic – This is the kind of logic used to slowly remove the lowest earners in society not just out of the economy. Out of society & existence itself. Greed is not good! Cooperation is good. Social well-being is good. Elderly people not dying in a wait for long term care is good. Human trafficking victims getting access to safe housing is good. Greed is bad! It hinders our society and is a cost to our most marginalized people.
  3. They are idiots – I am comfortable saying after graduating a Business program at Loyalist College. That I was surrounded by selfish and dangerous idiots! They aim only to exploit people and improve convenience for themselves! Listen Loyalist College students who mostly skipped out Social Responsibility & Sustainability course. You demonstrated you were crappy people. I have no reason to validate what you are doing!
  4. They are against challenging the status qou – All these business people care about is ensuring their gains. Innovation is only welcome if they save money. Like the thousands of teachers the Progressive Conservative government in Ontario is currently trying to replace with computers. They look at innovation, for all of the wrong reasons and it is something we need to put a check in balance in place for .

We need to control Business people in our society. Not allow for the opposite. Greed is bad, idiots running democracy is a kleptocracy, profits are not the end all be all. The status quo sucks! We need to be more responsible and kind in how we operate society. If that means discrediting Business people then that is what I will do.

A Social philosophical look at honesty. Autistic Philosophy.

Ashton Deroy Writes: Honesty is a contextual value. This is something I maintain. Despite the fact that it has been viewed as a theory of unhealthy denial. Maybe there is an inch of truth to that. I am an autistic social philosopher who has barely hung on to their grips on reality, life & sanity.

On the other hand… Is it any more healthy to be a truth seeker?

Imagine if you are the spouse of a cheating lover. Should you seek out proof of the infidelity and drive yourself mad in the process? Or simply make a decision to weigh your trust in your partner and act accordingly to that.  A lot of time what can be observed in marriages that lack trust turns in to the partner who has been faithful chasing after their spouse’s betrayal only to find out the betrayal was imaginary. What do we seek truly in our truths?

Imagine if you will that the truth is a river & a lie is a damn to that river. You also do not deal with scarcity because in this scenario you have plenty of water to drink from. Either the damn will break on its own time and reveal the truth to you. Or you will drink from your own water supply while respecting the boundary of the damn.

How honesty reveals the inherit ugliness in others?

Imagine for a second that humanity is filled with swine dressed as people. These people will say stuff such as “I’m just being honest.” As an excuse to hurt others or even manipulate them. Why do we think we value this? It hurts the civilized people & leaves the swine just fine because their kindness has left them in such a way that has dehumanized them. Whether we like it or not the civility we expect in society requires us to lie to some degree in order to preserve the dignity of others.

What swine reveal in moments of honesty?

We live among the under-educated swine and their honesty is not flattering in the slightest.  These are some listed examples that reveal the human swine that live among us outside the civilized Socialist and Progressive societies. Hopefully in seeing these we spot poor traits in ourselves. Then make corrections adequately in the goal of the common good.

They will live dirty – The swine in honesty reveal they have no respect for their environment. They will leave trash everywhere, use the bathroom wherever they choose & will make no consideration for germs or their surroundings or other people and animals that may need the environment. They do these things & scream “Freedom!” Thus highlighting our Libertarian Swine movement.

They are openly prejudice – Mostly seen in Xenophobia & Trans-phobia these days. However you see the bigotry in all walks of life. If you are prejudiced to people because of minor characteristics. Then you reveal that through your truth you reveal your swine side.

Sexual indiscretions – We live in a world where people who commit sexual acts of violence are not quite held accountable. I still don’t want to hear about it, even in the context of honesty! “You were more appealing in your human clothing Mr. Pig.”

They are just offensive – You may hear a swine laugh about something off color. Then go “So true, so true.” The truth & honesty are only weaponized when used to rob someone of their dignity. Doing this does not mean you practice any kind of civilized humor.

Honesty is your weapon – You use it for manipulation or to demean someone’s overall wellness. This is also the symptoms of being human swine. You think you can use honesty to alter the behaviors of others. However, honesty is always used in the wrong context when you use it to control someone and make them unhappy.

Honesty is a contextual value. If you are swine then it isn’t one of your valuable traits. You should not expect positive social awards for your honesty. You should expect public ridicule for it. Unfortunately moral Philosophy is no longer mainstream but it ought to be. Many of our approaches to life are now arbitrary and our values meaningless. I would much prefer the mechanisms of social civility to the arbitrary weaponized honesty.

Jango Property Management site plan

We will be exposing Jamie Macari for the Swine he has become moving forward. If we are to head towards civilized society we must punish the swine. Jamie Macari is 100% religious, sexist & ablest swine.  We will expose him and open him to ridicule.

Why should visit your partner’s apartment before their WiFi is installed?

Summary: This is a blog post for Millenials struggling in relationships. Millenials is mostly a label used to describe a generation of tech savvy irony obsessed whipper snappers. However some of the stereotypes made on Millenials are completely true. We are obsessed with the internet, to an unhealthy degree. I worked at a Telecom company called Rogers Communications and it was always the Millenials who lost their minds the most when their WiFi went down.

At a time when places without WiFi are equated to no go zones in the eyes of privileged Millenials. Why should Millenials visit their partners’ new apartment before the WiFi is installed? This weekend I visited my boyfriend Kaylib at his new place. I am going to write about the benefits of the WiFi free time we spent together. Maybe after this you will plan a retreat away from the WiFi with your loved one.

1. We got to indulge in my interests – This is because I had a laptop with cartoons saved on it & I downloaded audio books we could listen to. When people have WiFi?
There is an unlimited access to your seperate hobbies & interests.
When you go without Wifi? You have to collaborate a little. I had legally downloaded files of videos we could watch together from Netflix & we had audiobooks downloaded from Google Play. There
was an actual moment this weekend where Kaylib told me to play my audiobooks on Socialist Feminism & Democratic Economies. It was amazing to indulge my interests with Kaylib & get in to an economic discussion.
2. We took care of our relationship – Part of the Cultural Revitalization model I will be posting on my blog includes a section on a version of self-care only designed for relationships. Time without WiFi allows for
more focus on your partner. Which in turn allows more connective conversation, emotional conversation & intimate connection.
3. Got to help Kaylib with his living situation – This weekend was gratifying in a sense where Kaylib needed some muscle to carry a bookshelf from Wal-Mart to his house. I feel a sense of masculine gratification when I am needed to carry things especially for my partner. Even though I also identify as feminine, I still receive gratification from indulging in the masculine part of my identity.
A human being would not train Core De Force, Jillian Michaels Kickboxing Fast fix & UFC Fit 2014 if they weren’t obsessed with maintaining their basic function to carry heavy items & move them from one location to another. This is also a practical skill that one requires. It definitely feels good for the relationship to be able to help my partner with something that he needs. like lifting a bookshelf and carrying it home, which despite the physical demand. It was a worth wild challenge.  It is also important to notice that
in Socialist family culture cooperation & collaboration is key. You can’t have a family that you are unable to rely on in Socialist culture.
4. My partner cooked me breakfast – Now I know he probably could & would do this for me even with WiFi. However we definitely enjoyed doing this as a cooperative activity during the time without WiFi. Our mentality is very much egalitarian in the fact that if he cooks the dinner, I do the dishes. It is just the way to be. It is also little things like this that if you attempt to do them it shows someone that you are attempting to care for the environment that you are in. For other people with disabilities I highly recommend using this tactic to be respectful of the environment that houses you. Even it is for example for a weekend visit with your boyfriend. It is important to show them you care by equally sharing in the choirs & responsibilities so you are able to spend more time together.

Well that is all I want to write for today. Currently I am in a bad housing situation so I could go a while without updating this blog. I apologize to any consistent readers who are inconvenienced by this. I’d appreciate if everyone kept their subscription to my blog active however. I am grateful you subscribe & I am actually planning a dark manifesto on what happens if we don’t meet Sustainability goals. I am looking to call this piece the Decay Manifesto. Currently I am just in the process of considering how I want to display this creative as-semblance of essays, research & Conversational blogs. Please stay subscribed, this piece is going to blow your minds! Which I don’t state lightly.
