If you are a narc in a suit. Here are what your employees are thinking about. That is the risk we take being open to everyone. We definitely get special visits occasionally. Peace bro!
“Why should I be expected to work outside bussing hours?” Anonymous
Again these are all done from in-person conversations. This is part of what needs to be written down in confidence today.
That is worth considering? Without making a living wage. Is it justifiable to expect your employees to have the utility of a vehicle? Then on that note is it a realistic expense? The truth is not always no. If your work contributes no effort to help workers organize carpools. I consider it down right negligent and completely unsustainable.
“My boss belittles my serious concerns in front of everyone.” Anonymous
This is unfortunate. Your boss is attempting to display dominance by taking out either what they perceive as a strong individual or a weak individual. It is a common trait in toxic competitive people. Sadly with efficiency environments, you open space to create a culture of the proven value of Utility. “I got this result so I deserve to be here today.” In Business School I personally felt this was an organizational culture worth talking about.
That is it for the Democratic call center.
I summarize real concerns from real people. Ex call center workers I hope we are being safe. Protesting peacefully and being dignified. Never forget in Communications lays a culture of highly Democratic people.
This is being written because in spite of this post. I still get some conversation on this topic.
Summary of the Be Obsessed or Be average theory: Install your brain with intense and irrational ideas about efficiency, effective workplace culture, and delusions of unhinged Capitalism.
Why I am denouncing my endorsement of this book?
In my opinion this book utilizes The efficiency model approach of economics, moral puritanism, and high-pressure sales style madness.
I will probably always have this audiobook because I am not a hater. I am just actualized about the sum total of your literary contributions and the kind of culture you operate under now.
Guys like this pressure the government for lower unsustainable taxation systems, the high-pressure sale systems and they undercut customer service. We have to denounce Grant Cardone for the unhealthy moral influence he happens to be. I mean Canada does not want American Capitalism. It has failed them drastically time after time. We saw the American take on the Freedom Capitalist Dystopia with the prediction of 100,000 deaths. It may be the time we become practical pragmatic thinkers again. Fall out of love with the efficiency model and back in love with the service and care democratic model. However, to do the opposite is the speedy way to continue psychological & healthcare declines as a featured essence of the system.

Ashton Deroy writes: Let us call the regulated Marijuana market what it is. A gigantic failure! It is true, the government took a fragile market & then taxed it making the vulnerable market worse off. Now the only people I know who buy regulated cannabis are high earning people who trade convenience for cost. One area where I see significant room for improvement as a consumer are in the Medical cannabis products, which if I can afford them are the option I would wish to use over black market. However, we need to stop taxation of medicine. We are turning desperate people to the illegal option and risking an approach to a public health epidemic. With urgency I urge public officials to stop taxing medical marijuana products
Here are 3 reasons we should remove taxation from medical cannabis products:
Increase consumption – Taxation is a method to slow down consumption. That is basic economics. While I still think there is an opportunity to apply a tax on high THC recreational cannabis. I think we need to think more critically about why medical patients need Cannabis with high THC content. The taxation is directly why people are going to places like Tyendinega and accessing the illegal market over ordering regulated cannabis products.
Eliminate black market medical cannabis providers – Here is something people are not considering. Many of the dispensaries use branding, personal sales & promotional strategies to attract medical cannabis users. Medical consumers buy cannabis more frequently & spend more money. This is really bad to have these patients relying on black market cannabis because we don’t know enough about how this cannabis is grown & if it is safe? Personally I know none of it is greenhouse grown or factory processed which is the main safe strategy for growing clean & healthy to consume cannabis by government standards. We should not adapt a strategy of government intervention to shut down reservation dispensaries. We should be forced to try to make the legal market more appealing through competition because otherwise this industry only benefits people with investment & not the end consumer.
Decrease resistance to the regulated market – There is a straight up resistance to the legal market for cannabis. In Toronto I recall the illegal Cannabis dispensaries used to encourage their customers to oppose the legal market & support free-market practices. The problem here is that this is directly what puts the legal market under attack! One of the rival blogs https://endracebasedlaw.ca/ thinks the answer is just to shut down all of the illegal dispensaries existing on the Native reservations. However, I am opposed to that. I think this is why people are equating the cannabis market interference to negative aspects of Tyrannical Socialism. Instead if you remove the taxes you make medical products more appealing and you gain consumers who otherwise would only buy illegal products. Undercutting the competition is the Wal-Mart way. Arresting the competition is the Tyrannical Socialist way.
Not a radical idea, in fact this has been adopted in places in Canada where they are struggling to eliminate the black market.
New Brunswick, + 0%of the base or dutiable amount;
Prince Edward Island, + 0%of the base or dutiable amount;
Many Canadians consider the legal cannabis market a pure example of government stupidity. Since legal cannabis was introduced to Canadians there have been supply shortages, overly high product costs & unreasonable taxation. To improve this we must first look at the Medical cannabis market, specifically with how we handle taxation in that market. I think we should consider removing tax from medical cannabis products to improve accessibility, strengthen the market & reduce the risk to public health.
For me, rivalries have been ideological, professional or just that people annoyed me! Most times rivalries get posted on my blog & go to the top of my ratings. Especially when it involves someone who is locally infamous. This is going to look at rivalries from politics & entertainment. Here are the top 3 rivalries from the blog.
Paul Bell – Paul Bell was running for Belleville Ontario’s City Council. I simply couldn’t have him run in a city election without destroying his search engine presence. I mean he had the audacity to hand my brother an anti-weed pamphlet for his election. Then when we debated it, he tried to make a point that said more about needing gun safety regulations versus regulations against marijuana. No Socialists are hearing out someone who makes an anti-marijuana point. That is just a fact. This rivalry was met with a boost in the ratings & fan faire.
Lily DeVine – Kingston & Belleville entertainer. Also a sad case for why drag entertainment shouldn’t be embraced by the LGBTQ2S+ community. If you want to read on my full Lily DeVine rivalry check out this post. Basically, she didn’t like me because I used to volunteer for Kingston Pride in 2016 for my Digital Marketing Graduate Certificate at St. Lawrence College. Lily DeVine get over it!
Fido Mobile – I can’t say enough bad things about this company. They are overpriced, poor service & terrible to their customers. If you want to read on the issues I had in working for the company click here. Essentially I just think I don’t like the way they treat people. From employees to customers. Fido Mobile is just a crappy corporation we just shouldn’t do business with. Fortunately, a lot of people agree or the blog post would not have been checked out so much on this forum.
From politics to entertainment & even telecom companies. Rivalries have been good for this blog. I think even after I downgrade my plan & go to posting on a regular WordPress. Rivalries will still generate most of our ratings. People just love a good conflict and will go out of their way to check it out. I am a lower middle class, verging on homeless & a gay autistic person. I have a lot of things I could definitely turn in to extremely bitter words on a blog! As long as the writing helps me manage that anger. Also, the result should be viewed for people’s entertainment, then I think this kind of writing will continue to do very well for me.
Ashton Deroy writes: This is an emergency notice to my many Stoner friends on this blog! Right now there is a problem with Ontario Cannabis where people are receiving buds with mold. The OCS should be aware of this issue and re-fund receivers upon receiving it. Please do not smoke tainted recreational cannabis!
Has been communicating this issue out through her Instagram. I think that is so important and I praise her for doing this. Over the weekend we will continue to announce this issue & hold a discussion on the problem. I think it is important for me as a cannabis advocate to be on this issue and communicating actively.
