Define efficiency company– Toxic efficiency is achieved when companies’ interests are prioritized much too high over community and Sustainability interests.

Here is how we get our answer? This is more speculative than anything right now but I would genuinely like a number. Here is how we get it. We add up the cost of the social assistance received by the employees’ post-call center employment. We add that up for the duration they receive the assistance.

Not just talk, eventually, we are going to get reports. Conversations are going to be had. We are going to continue to be informed and this will be dealt with. You see what I think Socialists? I think this is another version of the Wal-Mart Food stamp problem in the U.S.A. I think we have jobs that worsen social wellbeing rather than improve for the sake of the utility of the community.

Still, think a Conservative is going to balance the budget & economy humanely? Give me a break!

Here is an idea:

  • Give employees time to adjust to work culture.
  • Allow for mistakes
  • Don’t fire without just cause (Not the efficiency just cause… “No no… NO!” )

If you are a narc in a suit. Here are what your employees are thinking about. That is the risk we take being open to everyone. We definitely get special visits occasionally. Peace bro!

Again these are all done from in-person conversations. This is part of what needs to be written down in confidence today.

That is worth considering? Without making a living wage. Is it justifiable to expect your employees to have the utility of a vehicle? Then on that note is it a realistic expense? The truth is not always no. If your work contributes no effort to help workers organize carpools. I consider it down right negligent and completely unsustainable.

This is unfortunate. Your boss is attempting to display dominance by taking out either what they perceive as a strong individual or a weak individual. It is a common trait in toxic competitive people. Sadly with efficiency environments, you open space to create a culture of the proven value of Utility. “I got this result so I deserve to be here today.” In Business School I personally felt this was an organizational culture worth talking about.

I have had honest friendships. This more so refers to my first honest romantic relationship.  Now, something readers should know about Kaylib. He is also too smart to lie to. I mean genuinely he has already figured out what makes up my background, mental health, and Philosophical views. He has also seen me do prank style communication stunts so he can tell when I am lying. It is fine though because honesty has actually enhanced this relationship. It worked out for me.

I am going to surprise my readers and say something controversial. Not every two people should opt for an honest relationship, but I did. However, for the opposite Take my Victoria address experience for example. There are 2 people that need to lie nicely to each other…. If they don’t… They might end up hating each other enough to love each other, enough to hate each other. What I mean is? (They will do a hate hookup.) Referring to the guy who stalked me outside the bathroom and the girl who thought I knocked someone up. They are a match made in hell…. (Codependent) Even if they don’t bang it out. I don’t care… It is fun to creep myself out though. If Jamie Macari is in charge still at 544 Victoria st.  just don’t rent there. Think of him as “pain in the *** Jesus” with all the all-mighty Tumeric!

What are the keys to honest relationships?

  • Openness – I mean real openness. Not open to charging at someone with a full head of anger.
  • Readiness – Some people don’t know openness is going to expose you to someone else’s flaws. Get ready, because we are human beings in a nihilistic downward world. So open your ears. Get ready to hear some messed up stuff.
  • Space – Especially if you live together. Give each other space and with that time as well. Process your thoughts about the person you know. Decide if you are freaked out or not… Again though everyone has weird stuff like relatives with poor boundaries, toxic abusive family cultures we got to end or maybe you have been living on a downward track since 19. Either way, we find a through it, if we are actually dedicated to honesty. If we judge someone and toss them out every time we get honesty. Then we don’t deserve love, to begin with. Space is good, repetitive romantic alienation is bad.

You know what will help you to prepare for honesty? Kill your optimism with negativity. Break your entitlement by being poor. Suspend the assumption that everyone has had the privilege of a happy childhood. It is fewer and farther in between these days! Egalitarian relationships are messy, but they are also the best kind of relationship there is. My boyfriend is Kaylib, I visit him down towards the Rez. I love how his brain works. I genuinely think he is the most interesting person. He also bugs me at times but it is part of us. ❤

What is the collective?

What is collective? 

Our domain is DeroyCollective.Family  . Some people are probably wondering what this means. What is collective? Why is that in there? In general I am referring to the collective in my family in regards to family members who use Egalitarian principle thinking. They are within our collective.

Why am I doing this? 

Sometimes are family makes marginalizing statements. Especially in regards to Indigenous and French people. This is weird and insane ignorance. As we are pretty sure Deroy is embedded into a French Loyalist history.

Conclusion: This democratic approach to Telecom has been a long time passion of mine. I worked in a group of outsourcers where I was like… “I can’t believe they are allowed to operate with this complete laisse fair negligence. Negligence wasn’t just consequential to their corporate cultures but also toxic to our communities. I am Ashton Deroy, I am a Business Graduate from Loyalist College and a Digital Marketing graduate from St. Lawrence College. I didn’t finish school to find myself in a degrading position that worsens my finances, health, and overall wellbeing. No one else should get that experience through the realm of a job at a desk in telecom. This isn’t sustainable and we need to have a Stakeholder theory-based conversation about it.

I’ve thought about this. It is a bit insane with we don’t as a community has a unified approach to Suicide Prevention yet. I have observed people trying the “If you commit Suicide I will get really mad.” approach, I know this isn’t an effective approach. Suicidal ideation is a healthcare emergency much like CPR is a healthcare emergency skill for basic life-saving.

If we want to Sustain our community longer. We have to get on the same page about Suicide. I paid $20 for this course and with it at least I have a fighting chance at making a difference for myself and others. We need to change our culture around suicide to be healthier and more sustainable for our communities. If you are reading this there is something you can do to make a difference in our Social Culture.

The fridge & food metaphor: I am using this to explain how uncontrolled rent & rising costs to live are interdependent to a work to prosperity Economic model. If the work for the Prosperity model dies, then with it dies the culture of ambitious workers. You just have people concerned with owning the means of production. Nobody will want to support it. Think of it as highly volatile and overly idealistic capitalism.
